- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after processing.

Order Tracking
- A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after shipping.
- You can track your order via our Tracking Page.
- Some shipments may not include tracking, depending on the carrier or destination.
Customs & Import Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
- SmartPlaceShop does not cover additional fees applied by customs in your country.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.
- SmartPlaceShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery before contacting us.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
- Unused, unopened items in their original condition within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (proof required).
Items NOT Eligible for Return/Refund
- Handmade Items
- Beauty, Personal Care, Hair Removal & Health Products
- Jewelry, Eyewear, & Watches
- Women's Intimate Apparel
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
How to Request a Return
- Send email to support@smartplaceshop.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and issue
- A detailed reason for return
- Our team will review and provide further instructions.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- For products purchased at a discount of 15% or more, only store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
We do not offer prepaid return labels.
